Terms and Conditions.

1. These terms contain crucial information with regards to your rights, responsibilities, conditions, and exemption(s) (if any) that might apply to you in using the website.
2. By using the Megayardsale website and its other selling platforms, either as a seller or buyer, you assert that you have attained legal age (at least 18 years old), and you accept that you are bound by our terms and conditions. You accept that all products sold on this platform are pre-owned, and may therefore have some signs of use/cosmetic wear.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, if you are not eligible by age or do not have legal rights to the items for sale, then you are prohibited from accessing or using this website, its other platforms, or any of its contents.
3. Order Acceptance, Pricing and Cancellation.
Please note that all items are sold on a first come, first served basis and are therefore subject to availability. All prices, discounts, and promotions posted on all our platforms may be subject to change without prior notice.
Also note that ordering an item signifies an offer to buy. When you place an order, you will get an acknowledgement email showing the details of your purchase. Confirmation of your payment validates purchase.
We strive to offer you a seamless, hassle-free shopping experience, but in the event that there are any mistakes in your purchase order, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time, or to cancel any orders arising from such occurrences.
You must have authorized use of the credit or debit card in use on our payment platforms. You also represent and warrant that the debit card information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
Our payment process is hassle free. Simply add items of choice to your cart, input your card details and make your purchase via any of our payment gateways, and choose your preferred method of payment.
After you place your order, you will get an acknowledgement email showing the details of your purchase. Confirmation of payment validates your order. We will then go ahead to confirm payment was received from your card via our payment gateway. Once payment is approved, we will confirm the order for dispatch.
Please, note that we are not responsible for any delay or non-delivery caused by non-authorization by your card provider, Pay stack or flutterwave.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order payment.
Once payment is made, it goes to the company escrow account, and your money is held in the company account for forty-eight(48) hours before it is sent to the seller. So be rest assured that your money is in safe hands. During the 48 hours duration, we expect you to inspect the product, install and test if needed, and complain or raise issues that may have not been stated at the time of purchase.
Sometimes we may need to cancel an order if we have pricing or inventory issues. We will get in touch if this happens and we will refund you or give you store credit for future purchases.

You are fully responsible for all shipping and handling charges on items purchased. You can choose to pick up personally or use a delivery service of your choice. We can also recommend a reliable and affordable 3rd party logistics person to assist you with delivering your purchase.
We try to meet all delivery timelines, but sometimes there may be delays from their end due to unforeseen circumstances, faulty bikes/vehicles, vehicle arrests by road agencies, accidents, flood, holidays, weekend structure, bad weather, etc.
If you’re experiencing any problems with your delivery, please let us know immediately and we’ll do our best to help you.
6. Returns and Refunds
Note that all items purchased as stated on all of our platforms cannot be returned. Most items are preloved and may therefore have normal signs of use and cosmetic wear. Any other defect will be clearly stated in our captions.
If an item must be returned due to non-disclosure of any defect on our part, returns must be made within 24 hours before the refund process is initiated. All returned items must be sent in their original condition and packaging.
Once we have confirmed your returned item is in the same condition it was bought, refunds for the full amount of goods purchased (exclusive of delivery fee) are processed within 48 hours. Please have your order number and details handy for refunds. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site.
Goods damaged in transit cannot be returned, the logistics company is held responsible for damages.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of The Federal Republic of Nigeria. The place of jurisdiction shall be exclusively in Nigeria.
(a) We may provide notices to you under these Terms by:
(i) sending you an email address to your provided email
(ii) by posting to the Site. Notices sent by email will be effective when we send the email and notices we provide by posting will be effective upon posting. It is your responsibility to keep your email address current.
